FD30 Fire Doors
All of our 30-minute fire doors (FD30) are certified under the BM Trada scheme which ensures that you are safe in the event of a fire.
Core
The core of the doors we use is solid and can be either strebord or flamebreak, which is the manufacturers names used, we also offer upon request a solid timber core door at an additional cost.
Glazing
Our range of glazing options will give you the opportunity to choose the style and look that both suits your buildings design and also your personal choice.
Our extensive popular glazing configurations can be selected with either fire rated Georgian Wired glazing (GWPP), fire rated clear glass and/or frosted/obscure, all finished with lipping using the similar wood as the main body of your fire door leaf.
Sizing
We can manufacture any size of fire door leaf and or frame/lining to suit, provided it meets with our B M Trada, or Certifier certification standard.
Combine Heat and Cold Smoke Seals
The FD30 fire door is usually 44mm thick and comes in a range of standard sizes, we include the correctly sized combined heat and cold smoke seals grooved around the edges of the door leaf or around the inside of the door frame/lining.
Finish
All our FD30s certified doors come in a range of superb finishes, from primed ready to paint, ready painted to a very high gloss or matt finish, veneer or hard-wearing Laminate in a large choice of colours. The laminate fire doors are not only hard wearing for heavy traffic locations, but also very easily wiped clean and do not fade in places with large amounts of sunlight such as glazed window locations.
